Each of us is the most important character in the movie of our lives. Because only we are with us our whole lives, from the first day to the last. We always decide for ourselves on our script, the roles, the actors involved, and the supporting actors, at least in theory. Because let's be honest, we often find ourselves in scenes that we don't like, don't we? Other episodes that we would like to experience simply don't make it onto the screen the way we want them to, despite our best efforts.

What if we are unconsciously influenced by certain ideas and patterns that we cannot yet see and that have a massive impact on the movie of our lives behind the curtain?

Then every situation that challenges, frightens, unsettles, or overwhelms us would literally be an opportunity to see behind the scenes. And it would offer the chance to appear as the “main character” who brings light behind the curtain and creates clarity for themselves.
